Hi and welcome to my website. Obviously as the name states above I'm James Brooksbank... well the websites not James Brooksbank but the actual author writing this now is. I'm a resident of Liverpool, I've been living in since I started university in 2000. So if you're reading this in 2008 then it's been eight years, if you're reading it in 2009 it's been nine years etc etc.

Obviously I'm waffling on about stuff now but lets get down to what the websites about.. it's about creating my online presence, I don't blog usually and my facebook profile is extremely limited, although my friend list is growing... hi to any of those friends reading this now.

During the 3 years at Seven I have had the chance to work on some very interesting projects, most of which are actually projects used by our clients to manage business processes. It's not limited to this though, one of our customers wanted us to create an entire system which had the capability of managing remote devices from one central location using different technologies.

However much fun Seven was, times have moved on, after being made redundant and realising that going out on my own in the business world isn't the right choice right now, I'm now working at a massive company in Birchwood as their Web Developer. It's a good job and the folks are alright.
